Sorry Iain but agreed the PO catastrophe was a matter of life and death for a few poor souls but the Bully XL farce could well be too at some point. Basically the SNP bottled it here. Someone must have explained to Hopeless Humza that explaining his way out of the death of a child (or anyone else) would be a bit more difficult than blustering and blowing his way out of a £11k internet debt incurred by a venal SNP Health Secretary.
